So guess what! Mr. Schaffer put up the chair list (meaning which part you play in the band. You know, '1. stemme, 2. stemme', osv.). Of course, I knew that I wouldn't be changing chair, because I am the only one playing the euphonium (and the alto horn when conference band is over), so that was not what I was waiting to see. I was waiting to see my score.

And when Mr. Schaffer put up the list of the top ten (out of about 90 band students), I was really excited when I saw that my name was number 2 on that list! The one that beat me, Kyle Pohlman, is a drummer, so I am officially the best wind player (meaning the people who blow through a mouthpiece) in the entire WCHS Wildcat Pride Concert band! YAY! That makes me so happy!

And also, all the people who made the top ten list are automatically in Conference band, so I'm going! That's one more patch for my lettermans jacket! (We get an EMO Conference Band patch) I am SO excited!!!
